This 40mm auto adjusting horizontal toggle clamp and plate is designed to be used with T track to allow you to use the toggle clamp at any point along the length of track. You will be able to quickly position the clamp where needed without the need to drill any holes in a tabletop or bench. There are two sets of predrilled holes in the plate to allow to you mount your toggle clamp either perpendicularly or parallel to your T track. The plate is 10mm thick which will naturally increase the maximum capacity the horizontal toggle clamp.

With traditional toggle clamps considerable time is taken setting up the clamp to suit the workpiece height, there is no setup required with these auto adjusting clamps as they automatically adjust to suit the workpiece height while maintaining a constant clamping pressure. The clamping pressure can be set between 100N and 3000N depending on the application of the clamp and this can be adjusted easily with the simple turn of a screw.

The plate is supplied with four mounting bolts to secure the toggle clamp to the plate. There are two T bolts which have a width of 12.7mm meaning they are compatible with industry standard 8.3mm T track. There are two additional holes in the plate for use with 19mm T track slider bars, meaning the plate can also be used in 19mm T track. Please note that the screws required for use with 19mm slider bars are not included.

The plate itself has been CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminium and has been black anodised to provide a durable and great looking, non marring finish. ©
